Cost Controlling

Cost control, resource optimization

Cost Control, also known as cost management or cost accounting, is a comprehensive set of management techniques with the common objective of improving the efficiency of companies with cost reduction.

At Evotec we offer a cost control service applied to any technology project that has one or several technology suppliers. Our task is nothing but analyze profoundly the budgets of the project in question and verify that they fit the needs required by the company, with the main objective of reducing costs and optimizing resources.

Evotec has provided its cost controlling services to these companies with the purpose of carrying out the installation of its online platform.

Cost control can bring immediate savings for companies and keep a company being competitive in the long run.

Types of Cost Control

Budget Control

In Budget Control we focus mainly on the analysis of budgets and objectives defined by each company. First we analyze the budget and we elaborate an alternative budget. We also carry out an analysis of the resources, in which we evaluate the times and capacities. Our main objective on this budget control is to reduce the costs and to optimize the resources.

Control 360º

In 360º Control we focus on a more complete project development. As in the control of budgets we analyze the budget and we elaborate an alternative one, besides evaluating the times and capacities in the analysis of resources. On this cost control we carry out a greater control and coordination of the project during all the phase execution of it.  Our objectives here are based on obtaining functional and technical control, performing technological evaluations, measuring results, and of course, reducing costs and optimizing resources.
