Purpose

The Provider, who is responsible for the website, makes available to its users the present document, through which the Provider seeks to fulfill the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all the website’s users regarding its Terms of Use.

Anyone who accesses this website accepts their role as users and commits to rigorously observe and comply with the provisions stated herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provision.

The Provider reserves the right to change any type of information being posted on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice to users or to let them know about such obligations, deeming it sufficient for the Provider to simply post the information on the website.

Liability

The Provider is exempt from any kind of liability derived from the information posted on their website, provided that the information had been manipulated or introduced by a third party from outside the Provider.

It is possible for the user to be redirected from the website to different contents on a third party’s website. Since the Provider cannot always control the contents entered by third parties on their websites, the Provider does not accept any kind of liability for such contents. This website has been revised and tested for its proper functioning. In principle, its correct functioning can be guaranteed 24/7 throughout the year. Nevertheless, the Provider does not exclude the possibility of eventual programming errors or force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances which would make access to the website impossible.
