What is the Digital Kit?

KIT DIGITAL is a subsidy programme financed by the European Union through Next Generation EU funds, as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, whose objective is to achieve the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed through different digital solutions.

Who can apply for the digital voucher?

There are different segments and it is set by dates, which we indicate as follows:

  • From 15 March, it is open to companies with between 10 and 49 employees, which can obtain up to €12,000 for different digital solutions.
  • The following dates have not yet been set, but it is estimated that it will be around the summer for companies with between 3 and 9 employees, which can obtain up to €6,000 for different digital solutions.
  • From September onwards, it is believed that it will be launched for companies or self-employed persons with 0 to 2 employees, who will be able to obtain up to €2,000 for different digital solutions.

At Evotec, we provide eligible solutions for Segment II and Segment I companies as soon as they become available.

Customer relationship solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional.

40-hour package for initial configuration, with the following features:

  • Customer management
  • Lead management
  • Opportunity management by phases
  • Management of tasks and commercial activities
  • Reporting, planning and commercial monitoring: the solution allows you to view indicators (KPIs), with different levels of information aggregation depending on the user profile of the solution.
  • It will allow you to export all data to Excel for tracking and monitoring commercial activity, including efficiency ratios, phase status, pipeline and other measurable attributes (such as products, quotes, etc.), and according to channels, profiles, etc.
  • Display of customer alerts if they have pending or overdue tasks
  • Document management: it will allow integration with the SharePoint solution (if available), or by storing the documents within the application itself.
  • The solution can be used via the web, on a PC, or from mobile devices or tablets, using a native application.

Companies in segment I

Implementation package price: €4990 (€4000 eligible for subsidy)

Includes:

  • 3 Full Dynamics 365 Sales Professional licences (1 year)
  • 40-hour implementation package

Companies in segment II

Implementation package price: €3,090 (€2,000 eligible for subsidy)

Includes:

  • 3 Full Dynamics 365 Sales Professional licences (1 year)
  • 40-hour implementation package

This solution involves the implementation of a business process management and digitisation solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud solution, with a standard implementation and training package to enable the company to get the solution up and running quickly.

The functionalities covered by the ERP are:

  • Accounting and finance: control of accounts and accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset management, financial statements, etc.
  • Invoicing: allows purchase and sales invoices to be recorded.
  • Projects: control of budgets, costs, estimates, resources, etc.
  • Inventory: warehouse control, inventory, stock valuation, transfers between warehouses, etc.
  • Purchase order management.
  • Human resources: employee files, advances, payments.
  • Integration capabilities via APIs / ODATA.
  • Updates managed in the cloud with Microsoft.
  • Scalable solution in terms of both number of users and level of complexity.

Segment I companies

Implementation package price: €6,300 (€6,000 eligible for subsidy)

Includes:

  • 10 Dynamics 365 Business Central licences (3 Full, 7 Team Members)
  • 60-hour implementation package

Segment II companies

Implementation package price: €5,170 (€2,000 eligible for subsidy)

Includes:

  • 10 Dynamics 365 Business Central licences (1 Full, 2 Team Members)
  • 45-hour implementation package

Protect your equipment and information with the advanced Panda Active Defense 360 solution, featuring advanced artificial intelligence-based protection and protection against unknown software. It includes web content filtering by category and email protection. Optionally, we can incorporate our managed Mikrotik Firewall service (up to 49 networked devices).

Eligible subsidy amount: *€125 per device/year
